Austin, Texas July 31, 2007  BOXX Technologies Inc., an innovator in high-performance computing systems for visual effects (VFX) professionals, today announced that it has secured a new technology purchase agreement with Los Angeles-based VICON House of Moves Motion Capture and Animation Studio.  Under the terms of the agreement, BOXX dual- and four-processor workstations will power VICONs top-of-the-line facility, which provides end-to-end motion capture services for clients in feature film, television, commercial, game development and interactive markets.  VICON has found BOXX to be the ideal hardware partner because of its technology leadership, their understanding of the studios high-end equipment needs, and the unique value BOXX delivers to VFX customers.

Throughout the duration of this multi-year agreement, VICON House of Moves will be equipped with 3DBOXX 8300 Series Quad-Core Intel Xeon-based Workstations and APEXX 4 Super Workstations which feature four AMD Opteron processors, that will help manage data originating from more than 200 VICON MX F-Series cameras, offering ultra-high resolution motion capture capabilities.
