update June 18th 2008:
- updating to my latest production version
update July 17th 2006 :- fixed inhouse file paths
- added RangeToListSimple.tcl to download area which is needed to create the dome.
----------------
You will need the
createProjectorEnv.tcl installed in your plugin path
Projector "unwraps" a sequence of images into a dome based on their match moved camera.
This works best with nodal cameras.

It creates a series of cards for each frame specified in "range" which are all projected through the match moved camera. In the example below I have a nodal camera that slowely pans left to right over 250 frames.

The texture for each card is the respective frame so it pretty much reconstructs a shot by using only a few frames. This is great for creating faux clean plates for keying or paint outs.
You can also use the static output mode to render a still frame of the unwrapped shot as a base layer for a matte painting which can then be reprojected.

Because Projector recursively creates internal nodes this node has to stay as a group and can not be exported as a gizmo.
